Responsibilities
- Installs, configures and deploys via Kuiper the following systems: MyChart, MyChartMobile, CareLink, CareEveryWhere, HyperspaceWeb, EPS, BLOB, Interconnect, WelcomeWeb, IVR, BCA and BCAWEB.
- Maintains system availability and stability through monitoring and responding to alerts using Systempulse.
- Builds client systems records including EPR's and LWS's, and creates printer queues.
- Participates in off-hours System Upgrade (SU) deployments and version upgrades as needed.
