Entry Level Recruitment Coordinator

This position is built for someone who can balance the creative and the operational sides of recruitment work, and who's ready to be a genuine advocate for candidates navigating one of the more complex hiring systems in the state. This role is ideal for a coordinator who thrives on variety.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment marketing across LinkedIn and other channels
  • Help coordinate recruitment events and community outreach across Northern California
  • Respond to candidate inquiries with care and clarity
  • Contribute to employer branding and content work
  • Serve as an approachable point of contact for people who are trying to find their way into a state career

Requirements

Strong writing, warmth on the phone and in email, attention to detail, and genuine interest in helping people are central to the work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
