About the role
The Enterprise Business Development Manager at Easy Ice is a strategic hunter-focused sales role responsible for acquiring new multi-location chain customers across all Easy Ice markets nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Possess and generate enterprise-level opportunities.
- Manage a pipeline of chain customers with 21+ locations.
- Lead negotiation and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Present Easy Ice solutions to executives and buying groups.
- Follow a structured sales process from outreach to close.
- Partner with internal teams to support enterprise onboarding.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide forecasts.
- Build relationships with procurement and executive leaders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably with enterprise or multi-location customers. Proven hunter experience required.
