About the role

The Enterprise Business Development Manager at Easy Ice is a strategic hunter-focused sales role responsible for acquiring new multi-location chain customers across all Easy Ice markets nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Possess and generate enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of chain customers with 21+ locations.
  • Lead negotiation and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Present Easy Ice solutions to executives and buying groups.
  • Follow a structured sales process from outreach to close.
  • Partner with internal teams to support enterprise onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide forecasts.
  • Build relationships with procurement and executive leaders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably with enterprise or multi-location customers. Proven hunter experience required.
