Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify revenue opportunities within assigned territories
- Influence and coach BDRs to achieve and push past goals and quotas
- Analyze and synthesize sales data to optimize the sales funnel
- Work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Communicate effectively and manage time and priorities
- Drive success and maintain a competitive spirit
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role; experience in B2B Software/SAAS space preferred
- 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a high-tech start-up B2B SAAS environment
- Bachelor's degree
Qualifications
- Ability to influence and coach others
- Proven experience achieving and pushing past goals and quotas
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize sales data to optimize sales funnel
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
