Job Summary
The Enrollment and Student Communication Coordinator advances enrollment, communication, engagement, and student success initiatives aligned with the College's strategic goals. They develop, coordinate, and implement student communication strategies that support admissions, enrollment, onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and completion efforts.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate communication strategies that support student enrollment, onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and completion.
- Create and manage targeted communication campaigns utilizing email, text messaging, CRM workflows, and other communication platforms.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in enrollment management, admissions, student success, communications, CRM administration, marketing, or related higher education functions.
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership of outreach, communication, or student support teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and evaluate communication campaigns and student engagement strategies.
