About the role
The Employment and Training Case Manager is responsible for providing support and guidance to clients seeking employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop personalized employment plans
- Coordinate with employers to secure job placements
- Provide ongoing support and resources to help clients succeed in their new positions
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in case management or social services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
