We support individuals in achieving independence through community-based employment, skill development, and long-term success. **Position Summary** The Employment Case Manager (ECM) provides service coordination, job development, and direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions. This role works closely with individuals, employers, and support teams to ensure successful job placement, retention, and quality service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** Coordinate services and support individuals in achieving employment goals Develop job opportunities through community outreach, networking, and employer engagement Provide job placement, training, and on-the-job coaching Advocate for individuals and support long-term employment success Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISP) Track progress and adjust services based on outcomes and data Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance and support needs Train, coach, and mentor Job Coaches and support staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation (service notes, reports, plans, etc.) Lead or participate in team meetings and treatment planning Use de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques when needed Build and maintain professional relationships with employers, families, and service providers Work a flexible schedule to meet client and program needs Perform other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** High school diploma or GED At least one (1) year of college coursework OR equivalent experience At least one (1) year of experience in direct services, case management, or related field Valid Alaska drivers license with acceptable driving record Must have an insured vehicle Ability to pass required background checks Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Required Certifications** National Certificate in Employment Services (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire) **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in supported employment or vocational services Knowledge of developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions Experience training or mentoring staff Strong communication and relationship-building skills **Core Competencies** Ability to build relationships with employers and community partners Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and documentation skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries **Physical Requirements** Frequent standi g, walking, and travel between sites Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to respond to crisis situations, including verbal or physical de-escalation **Work Environment** Combination of office, community, and job site settings Exposure to varying environments and weather conditions May encounter behavioral or crisis situations **Equal Employment Opportunity** Assets, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
