What You’ll Do
You will prospect for business based on local networks, connections, and communities. Your role is vital to our success in all product lines, including personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages.
Other Responsibilities
- Sell and develop strong business-to-business relationships
- Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service
- Create and pursue new client opportunities
- Present services and solutions at prospect meetings
- Bring new business prospects to closure
- Maintain solid business-to-business relationships
Requirements
- Independent self-starter capable of selling and developing business-to-business relationships
- Confident professionals with a desire to help others protect their future
- Experienced and novice professionals with 3-15 years of business-to-business sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Commercial Insurance sales experience preferred
- Existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently

Compensation
The compensation structure includes base pay + commission. The expected base pay range is $60,000 to $250,000 per year, influenced by factors such as skills, experience, and working location. Commission is derived from closed sales transactions and varies by scope of work and book of business.
