What You’ll Do
As a HUB Employee Benefits Producer, you will:
- Possess local networks, connections, and communities to prospect for business
- Support the HUB International corporate office and regional offices
- Create your own entrepreneurial journey
- Ensure client satisfaction through superior customer service
- Develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services
- Present services and solutions at prospect meetings
- Bring new business prospects to closure
- Maintain solid business-to-business relationships
Requirements
- Independent self-starter capable of selling and developing strong business-to-business relationships
- Confident professionals not afraid of cold-calling and developing new business
- Experienced and novice professionals welcome
- 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
- Commercial Insurance sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience selling to a specific industry a plus
- Ability to obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
- Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently

Compensation
The expected base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $250,000 per year, impacted by skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. Commission is also eligible, derived from closed sales transactions. The commission structure varies by scope of work and book of business.
