What You’ll Do

As a HUB Employee Benefits Producer, you will:

  • Possess a local network, connections, and community to prospect for business
  • Support your entrepreneurial journey with the HUB International corporate office and regional offices
  • Ensure client satisfaction through superior customer service
  • Create and pursue new client opportunities
  • Present our services and solutions at prospect meetings
  • Bring new business prospects to closure
  • Maintain solid business-to-business relationships

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
  • Commercial Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience selling to a specific industry a plus
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
  • Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations
  • Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently

Compensation

The expected base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $250,000 per year, impacted by skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. Commission is also a component of the compensation structure, derived from closed sales transactions.
