What Will You Be Doing

You handle patient accounts after medical services have been rendered; liaise between our company and our patients and health plans; verify patient information, obtain and release clinical documentation, appeal/deny, respond to health plan inquiries, process and perform follow-up on aging accounts, generate collection reports, and research and resolve delinquent accounts.

What Will You Need To Succeed

  • 2-3 years of healthcare billing and coding support experience within Home Care Services preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use various computer programs and applications
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Medical Biller/Coder certification highly desired
