Collection Specialist

About the role

Credit Solutions, LLC is seeking motivated remote Collection Specialists to join their growing organization. They are particularly interested in self-driven individuals with strong communication skills who can successfully resolve delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve delinquent medical, telecom, and commercial accounts
• Communicate professionally with delinquent account holders via phone
• Work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Previous collections experience preferred
• Prior telephone-based customer service, call center, or sales experience considered
