About the role
The role involves managing collections from delinquent accounts, ensuring timely payment and minimizing losses.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer disputes related to billing and payments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
- Prepare and submit collections reports to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in collections or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with credit reporting agencies.
- Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
