• Lead multiple store locations and inspire high‑performing teams

• Drive operational excellence and brand consistency across all stores
• Support the launch and expansion of our new Fresh and Commercial divisions

Compensation

$40,000 – $55,000 base + bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in operations or related fields
• Strong background in retail, hospitality, or food service
• Demonstrated leadership and development qualities
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel
• Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team

Responsibilities

• Establish a workplace culture aligning with SpinXpress objectives and define the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpress within the Arlington, TX district
• Recruit, conduct interviews, select, hire, and nurture an appropriate number of managers and attendants in the Arlington, TX district
• Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the Arlington, TX district
• Monitor and predict operational patterns and analysis for the Arlington, TX district
• Create procedures complying with HR regulations specific to the Arlington, TX district
• Guide, support, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding process for new employees in the Arlington, TX district
• Encourage staff to take ownership and ensure accountability through consistent feedback in the Arlington, TX district
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations set by the organization within the Arlington, TX district
• Manage employee work schedules, including training, call‑ins, and overseeing overtime hours in the Arlington, TX district
• Implement and refine processes and protocols to sustain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously within the Arlington, TX district
