District Team Lead

About the role

SpinXpress is seeking a District Team Lead to oversee multiple store locations, drive operational consistency, and shape a growing brand that modernizes the laundry experience. The role involves leading high‑performing teams, ensuring every customer interaction reflects quality and care, and supporting the launch of new Fresh and Commercial divisions.

Responsibilities

• Create a workplace culture aligned with SpinXpress’s mission, vision, and values.
• Recruit, interview, select, hire, and develop managers and attendants.
• Develop the team to drive customer and operational excellence.
• Track and forecast operational trends and conduct analysis.
• Develop procedures in accordance with HR regulations.
• Coach, mentor, and onboard new employees.
• Empower employees with accountability and provide consistent feedback.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal expectations.
• Maintain employee work schedules, including training, call‑ins, and overtime management.
• Implement processes to continuously improve quality, speed, efficiency, and output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and development abilities.
• Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to management, providing direction.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including proficiency with Excel.

Compensation

Salary range: $40,000 – $55,000 annually, plus bonuses.
