About the role
The District Manager oversees multiple cleaning sites within a designated area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at multiple cleaning sites
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage and train cleaning staff
- Monitor site cleanliness and address any issues promptly
- Communicate regularly with customers to maintain positive relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience managing a team of cleaners
- Knowledge of cleaning industry best practices
