Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Manage departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Provide coaching and direction to help employees succeed.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and a passion for the McDonald’s brand.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate-owned restaurants.
