Responsibilities
- Design and implement core sales processes such as qualification and forecasting
- Build and manage high-stakes, cross-functional projects, maintaining integrity and standards
- Establish KPIs and process metrics for insights and organizational accountability
- Translate operational data into compelling narratives for executives
- Own systems strategy, including understanding architecture and data flows across platforms
- Serve as business owner for tech implementations, defining success criteria and outcomes
- Lead AI-driven optimizations across processes, technology, and people
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, IT, Business Operations, or Sales Operations in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience in establishing structured, scalable operational processes
- Prominent success in managing cross-functional programs from inception to execution
- Deep expertise in sales methodologies, pipeline discipline, and forecasting
- Experience with large-scale tech implementations and leading change management efforts
- Mastery of Salesforce and related sales technologies with hands-on experience
- Understanding of CRM, data architecture, and analytics, with ability for technical discussions
