About the role

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions at Riverside Medical Clinic, including recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and effective candidate selection.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations to maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs to meet the needs of the workforce.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with performance management and employee development programs.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
