What You'll Do

  • Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, training, and performance management.
  • Partner with the Executive Committee and department leaders to develop talent strategies that support business goals and drive operational success.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging workplace culture that promotes collaboration, recognition, and career growth.
  • Develop innovative recruiting and retention initiatives to attract and retain exceptional hospitality talent.
  • Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Lead associate engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture-building events that enhance the employee experience.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and implement continuous improvements.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the hotel.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of four years of Human Resources experience; previous hotel or hospitality HR experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, employee relations, retention strategies, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workforce with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Affirmative Action planning is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
