Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee performance evaluations and employee relations
- Cook up training and in-service programs
- Handle investigations, unemployment claims, and exit interviews
- Serve as liaison between staff, union representatives, and leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience
- Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
