About the Opportunity
The Director of Global GSI Alliance is responsible for leading strategic partnerships with major global System Integrators. This role drives the global go-to-market strategy, enabling partners to develop service offerings powered by the company’s training and exercise platform. The position influences product development through high-level partner engagement and accelerates revenue through joint planning and sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch global service offerings focusing on cyber resilience.
- Transition partners from point product sales to full platform integration within their frameworks.
- Maintain executive relationships with Global Cybersecurity Leads and CTOs of partner organizations.
- Represent partner interests internally to guide product and engineering priorities.
- Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue via joint account planning and co-selling.
- Provide accurate quarterly forecasts for complex multi-year contracts.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience managing partnerships with Tier 1 Global System Integrators.
- Proven success in launching services and driving partner sourced annual recurring revenue.
- Experience building and launching global service offerings.
- Demonstrated leadership promoting teamwork, accountability, and support.
- Willingness to travel.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Compensation range: $217,000 - $260,000 OTE, 70/30 split.
