About the role
The Director of Global GSI Alliance (Individual Contributor role) at Hack The Box will be the primary architect of strategic partnerships with influential System Integrators. The role involves driving the global go-to-market strategy and building "Powered By" service offerings that leverage the company’s leading training and exercise platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic GTM & offer development
- Joint solutioning: Build and launch global service offerings based on cyber resilience
- Platform integration: Move partners from selling point products to integrating the full platform into their proprietary transformation frameworks
- CxO engagement: Maintain high-level relationships with GSI Global Cybersecurity Leads and CTOs to align roadmap with their services strategy
- Influence & advocacy: Act as the internal “Voice of the GSI,” ensuring product and engineering teams build features for GSI consumption
- Sales & pipeline acceleration: Generate and forecast partner-sourced and influenced revenue
Requirements
- 7-10+ Years in Partnerships
- Proven track record of successfully managing portfolios with Tier 1 GSIs
- KPIs: services launched, partner sourced ARR, attach rate
- Cybersecurity Fluency: Experience building and launching global service offerings
- Leadership that promotes teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual support
- Willingness to travel

Pay
$217,000 - $260,000 OTE, 70/30 split
