About the role
The core mission of the Director of Global GSI Alliance is to be the primary architect of strategic partnerships with the world's most influential System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and DXC). You will drive the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, steering these partners to build "Powered By" service offerings that leverage our leading training and exercise platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for strategic partnerships with System Integrators.
- Build and launch global service offerings based on cyber resilience.
- Move partners from selling point products to integrating our full platform into their proprietary transformation frameworks.
- Maintain high-level relationships with GSI Global Cybersecurity Leads and CTOs to ensure our roadmap is aligned with their long-term services strategy.
- Influence and advocate for the highest levels of teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual support within the Partner ecosystem.
- Ensure our Product and Engineering teams are building features that make our platform ready for GSI consumption.
- Drive partner sourced and partner influenced revenue through joint account planning and co-selling in the Enterprise and Public Sector segments.
- Provide accurate quarterly forecasts for the global GSI business, managing complex multi-year sell-to and sell-through contracts.
Requirements
- 7-10+ Years in Partnerships: Proven track record of successfully managing portfolios with Tier 1 GSIs.
- KPIs: services launched, partner sourced ARR, attach rate.
- Cybersecurity Fluency: Experience building and launching global service offerings.
- Leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest levels of teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual support to the Partner.
- Willingness to travel.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of technology tools such as Slack, Hubspot, Crossbeam, and Jira.

Pay
Compensation range: £217,000 - £260,000 OTE, 70/30 split.
