About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute Meta Ad Campaigns: Personally build, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns daily. You will manage budget pacing, bidding strategies, and tactical optimizations to hit strict CPA and lead volume targets.
- Rapid Creative Testing: You don't wait around for creative agencies. You will use AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Canva) to rapidly write ad copy, script video hooks, and generate creative variations to combat ad fatigue.
- Build and Optimize Funnels: Execute the setup and continuous testing of high-converting landing pages, lead forms, and direct-response funnels.
- Wire Up Email & CRM Workflows: Personally build and manage automated email nurturing flows and SMS sequences inside Zoho CRM to convert raw leads into booked appointments.
- Data & Performance Tracking: Maintain pristine lead data hygiene. You will pull daily/weekly data to update performance dashboards (Looker Studio), tracking key funnel metrics including CPL, ROAS, and lead conversion rates.
Requirements
- ~3 years of pure, hands-on digital marketing experience: You must have spent the last few years actually inside Meta Ads Manager daily, executing campaigns yourself.
- Proven Budget Scale Experience: Direct, hands-on experience managing and pacing a monthly digital ad spend of $50,000+ where efficient budget allocation is critical. You are comfortable with high-volume data and rapid daily spend.
- CRM & Email Builder: Practical experience building automated email/marketing workflows and managing contact segmentation inside Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or HubSpot.
- Scrappy & Self-Sufficient: You are a natural problem solver who figures things out via Google, YouTube, or forums when a pixel breaks, a link fails, or an API disconnects.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You understand UTM parameters, Google Analytics 4, and lead attribution. You know how to look at data and pinpoint exactly where a funnel is leaking.
- Ai-Fluent: You are already using AI tools daily to accelerate your workflow, write copy, and brainstorm fresh ad angles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating high-intent leads in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or similar lead-gen heavy industries.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Meta Conversion API (CAPI) setups.
- Month 1-3: You have successfully taken over daily management of the Meta dashboard, audited our current Zoho workflows, stabilized tracking, and are consistently maintaining our target CPA.
- Month 6: You have established a predictable, weekly creative and copy testing framework, allowing us to maintain lead quality and volume without ad fatigue.
- Month 12: You have built a well-oiled, automated lead-to-appointment conversion machine, resulting in a measurable increase in qualified pipeline for our advisory team.
