Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist to join its Client Acquisition team. The position is based at the Nevada State Bank corporate office in Las Vegas, NV, and is 5 days per week in-office (Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities

• Supports client acquisition for National Bank of Arizona (NBAZ) through real-time chat engagement.
• Engages and supports online visitors, providing timely assistance and guiding them through their digital banking experience.
• Unearths client needs by asking thoughtful questions to identify financial goals and pain points.
• Educates prospects and clients on the bank's products, features, and digital tools.
• Recommends appropriate next steps such as connecting with a banker, scheduling appointments, or accessing additional resources.
• Aids users who start but don't complete applications to support their conversion.
• Maintains a consistent, customer-centric tone to enhance the digital experience and reinforce the bank's online service reputation.
• Captures and routes qualified opportunities to branch and business banking partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in inside sales, branch banking, customer service, or other directly related fields.
• Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills, and banking products and services.
• Good customer service, problem resolution, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use a variety of computer software and cross-sell bank products.
• Initiative and ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

Pay

The pay range for this role is $24 - $26/hour, depending on experience.
