- Support onboarding and training of end users on digital platforms
- Create and maintain training materials and user guides
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops

- Support communication campaigns to drive engagement

- Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:
- 2–3 years’ experience in training, support, or change management
- Experience creating learning materials
- Understanding of change management (ADKAR preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
