Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist to join the Client Acquisition team at one of its affiliate banks, California Bank & Trust. The position is 5 days per week in-office (Monday - Friday) and is located at the Nevada State Bank corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Provides real time support to prospects and customers who engage with the bank through online channels.
• Engages and supports online visitors through real-time chat by providing timely assistance, answering questions, and guiding users through their digital banking experience.
• Uncover client needs by asking thoughtful, clarifying questions to identify financial goals and pain points.
• Educates prospects and clients on the bank's products, features, and digital tools to ensure a clear understanding of available solutions.
• Recommend appropriate next steps such as connecting with a banker, scheduling appointments, or accessing additional resources.
• Absorb and route qualified opportunities to branch and business banking partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
• Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
• Must have good customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use a variety of computer software.
• Ability to cross sell bank products.
• Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
