We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead food service operations at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities

• Planning nutritious, appealing menus tailored to residents' preferences and therapeutic diets
• Overseeing food preparation, service, purchasing, and inventory management
• Ensuring safe, sanitary operations that comply with applicable regulations
• Supervising, training, and scheduling dietary team members
• Collaborating with nursing and clinical staff to support individualized resident care

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager credential
• Leadership experience in food service and healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
