Certified Dietary Manager – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to oversee food service operations in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities

• Planning nutritious and appealing menus tailored to residents’ therapeutic needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions
• Managing food purchasing, inventory, preparation, and service to ensure quality and safety
• Maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supporting dietary staff
• Controlling food costs and ensuring high food quality
• Collaborating with nursing and care teams to meet residents’ nutritional needs

Qualifications

• Certification as a Dietary Manager or similar credential
• Leadership experience in food service management
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
