About the role
The Nurse Manager at MultiCare leads nursing staff and oversees department operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and collaboration among various healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices
- Ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources
- Support successful collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines
- Coordinate towards the overall operations of assigned units and the provision of resources
- Facilitate optimal and cost-efficient patient care delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or equivalent, within five years from the initial date of hire
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Five years of clinical experience in professional or technical role/function
- Three years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Pay and Benefits
Competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, plus paid time off. The pay scale ranges from $162,676.80 to $224,660.80 USD, influenced by factors such as years of experience and certifications.
