About the Role

The Nursing Manager oversees nursing staff, provides direct nursing services, and ensures quality care for individuals with complex medical, behavioral, or developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs and RNs
• Conduct assessments and coordinate care plans
• Lead clinical training in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Evaluate staff performance and maintain compliance with regulations
• Implement quality assurance systems
• Liaise with community health agencies

Requirements

• Licensed RN
• At least five years of experience working with complex populations
• Supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills
