About the Role
Manages home therapies programs, overseeing clinical operations, patient care, and team leadership to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
Responsibilities
- Supervises multiple Home Therapies programs, focusing on growth, patient retention, operational efficiency, and staffing.
- Aligns activities with strategic goals, manages profit and loss, and ensures quality standards.
- Coordinates with various teams to promote home therapies and improve patient experience.
- Oversees patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring safe, effective treatment and caregiver training.
- Ensures staff competency, manages supplies and equipment, and maintains regulatory compliance.
- Leads quality improvement initiatives, data management, and staff orientation and development.
- Handles employee hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure and relevant nursing experience, including dialysis.
- Minimum of one year nursing and six months dialysis experience; 3+ years supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team-building skills.
- CPR certification required.
