About the Role
Manages home therapies programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Provides leadership to interdisciplinary teams, oversees program growth, patient retention, and cost management. Collaborates with various teams to promote home therapies and achieve quality standards. Manages patient environments, educates caregivers, and troubleshoots equipment. Handles program supplies, data entry, and quality assurance activities. Coordinates staff hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations. Ensures regulatory compliance and supports patient satisfaction initiatives.

- Manage data, patient education, and delivery of safe, effective home dialysis therapy.
- Foster a positive patient experience and clinical excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure; advanced education preferred.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience and six months of dialysis experience.
- Over three years of supervisory or program management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team-building skills.
- CPR certification required.
