Responsibilities
- Work with customers to assess operations and find innovative opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
- Lead operational re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting strategy deployment through tactical roadmaps.
- Contribute to the development of Beckman's DBS assessment tools, frontend offerings, and future product innovation initiatives.
- Support executive-level engagements by leading SOW development, participating in VIP presentations, and transitioning client relationships to delivery teams post-sale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of laboratory management experience in Molecular Microbiology and 10+ years of commercial experience in consulting, sales, or continuous improvement.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or demonstrate progress toward certification.
- Show strong executive presence, advanced communication, consulting, training, and influencing skills, and the ability to work across functions, regions, and cultures.
- Exhibit project management expertise, including action plan execution, time management, and development of corporate-level training and mentorship programs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in MBA and consultancy is a plus.
- Knowledge of hospital finance is a plus.
- Expertise in organizational development, executive leadership, and mentoring is required.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
Schedule
This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
