Associate Consultant - Discovery Research Technology
About the role
ZS is expanding the Discovery Venture and seeks a Research Technology Associate Consultant to join a dynamic team. You will apply hands-on experience with research technology systems and analytics to improve drug discovery processes. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will develop and implement solutions that address complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Research and manage advanced analytics tools (AI/ML, etc.) to enhance drug discovery
- Work with ZS internal teams and clients to design and execute high-quality solutions
- Lead modules and workstreams within projects, participating in hands-on implementation
- Communicate analysis findings to clients and stakeholders
- Assess emerging datasets and technologies impacting drug discovery
- Contribute to innovation and mentor colleagues
- Present analytical findings and offer strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field with academic excellence
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small/medium-scale research technology solutions
- Familiarity and comfort with various applications of research technology and analytics
- Experience with LIMS/ELN/sample management/sample registration technologies, knowledge graphs, data storage and analysis platforms, HPC/cloud/hybrid computing, AI/ML, and validation/regulatory experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, agile product development, and project management techniques
- Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills
