About the role

This job posting is for a management position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be the employer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
  • Manage Sales Promotions effectively.
  • Train Service Staff in service procedures.
  • Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
  • Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and fast service.
  • Ensure food safety and control food costs.
  • Train Kitchen Staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support Crew members in their initial roles and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply for a management position in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
