About the role
The role involves leading shifts in various departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, and People to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. Previous managerial experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts in the Guest Service Department to ensure a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
- Manage the Kitchen Department to ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, food cost control, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
- Oversee the People Department to hire qualified staff, train them effectively, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
