Dealer Relationship Manager
About the role
The Dealer Relationship Manager at NCC is responsible for understanding and enhancing the relationship with dealership customers. This includes maximizing the use of NCC products, promoting additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assisting customers with questions and suggesting the best product offering.
- Maximize performance with all NCC products, promoting the value of current active products, and upselling additional services and offerings.
- Assess attrition reports to identify potential defecting accounts and develop a plan to retain the business.
- Review customer account activity to identify accounts that may not be using NCC services to their full potential and implement proactive solutions to drive results.
- Provide first-line support and contact to all clients, seeking to improve the customer experience with NCC.
- Proactively perform retention activities, including monthly calls and emails, and monitor usage reports to manage increases or declines.
- Aid customers in setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product during the first 90 days, confirming usage and resolving issues.
- Leverage account segmentation to consistently exceed monthly revenue goals, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining an active pipeline.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in an Automotive Retail BDC or B2B Account Management role.
- Knowledge of F&I processes.
- Two to three years of proven KPI-driven cross-sell/upsell experience and the ability to identify opportunities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefits
NCC offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $60,000, uncapped commission, and a 4-month ramp period. Commission is paid monthly, and there is an unlimited PTO policy. Additionally, medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided.
Pay
$96,000 Total Earnings Potential (OTE)
