Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and other conditions, ensuring a supportive and structured environment.
• Avoid and provide guidance, advocacy, and life skills education for individuals served within the Day Program.
• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Aid in accessing and providing transportation for individuals served.
• Create opportunities for community integration and valued roles.
• Complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and other conditions is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

• Hourly rate with potential for additional differential based on qualifications and experience.
