DDS Day Hab Support Staff - Relief Per Diem - Adult Learning Center

Description And Responsibilities

As a Per Diem Day Hab Support Staff, you will:

• Provide support to individuals served in a direct care role, ensuring a supportive and structured environment.
• Guide and advocate for individuals served within the Day Program, helping them access and provide transportation.
• Create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Implement activities that promote community integration.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• A valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Pay

Base Rate: USD $17.50/Hr.
