Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Implement activities that foster the growth of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Ensure daily living needs are met and maintain a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
• Provide direct support care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Avoid and address safety concerns, ensuring a secure environment.
• Assist individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Complete all required documentation as part of the daily routine.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• A valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record are mandatory.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential qualities.
