About the role

Open Sky Community Services provides services to adults with intellectual disabilities, focusing on community integration and supporting individuals with various needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in a direct care role, ensuring a supportive and structured environment.
• Guide and advocate for individuals served within the Day Program.
• Teach life skills and facilitate the development of community roles and personal relationships.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and other assigned meetings.
• Implement and review service and behavior plans with support from the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required documentation to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Qualifications

Open Sky values skills, location, training, and population served in certain programs, offering an additional hourly differential for positions that qualify.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of community integration strategies and best practices.

Pay

Open Sky is proud to offer competitive compensation packages, including an additional hourly differential for qualifying positions.

Schedule

Hours vary based on the specific program and location, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
