Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
• Aid in the development and implementation of individualized service plans.
• Ensure a structured and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Facilitate community integration and the development of personal relationships.
• Assist in accessing and providing transportation for individuals served.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability and willingness to learn new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open to working flexible hours to fit the needs of the Relief Team.
• Willingness to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and individuals.
• Knowledge of community resources and services.
