Description and Responsibilities

The Relief position offers an opportunity to gain experience and make a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Aid in the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Support individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Implement activities that foster personal growth and community involvement.
• Review and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
