Responsibilities
- Primary resolver for your support team, troubleshooting one or more operating systems
- Solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues
- Create and maintain documentation on technologies you support, conveying SOPs to junior staff
- Understand all aspects of the equipment you support
- Execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects
- Act as an escalation point for junior technicians
Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
Qualifications
- 1+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment including VFL, power meter, and OTDR experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- A+ or Network+ or Security+
Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve infrastructure issues
- Knowledge of all equipment supported
- Ability to innovate and make decisions independently
- Ability to follow directions when necessary
- Experience with small project execution and larger local project planning
- Ability to act as an escalation point for junior technicians

Pay
The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
USA, OH, Hilliard - 33.00 - 58.00 USD hourly
Schedule
Position may include rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5 day/night work weeks, and may change based on the needs of the business.
Travel
May be required up to 10% of the time.
