Responsibilities
- Primary resolver for your support team, troubleshooting one or more operating systems.
- Solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues.
- Create and maintain documentation on technologies you support and convey SOPs to junior staff.
- Understand all aspects of the equipment you support.
- Execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects.
- Act as an escalation point for junior technicians.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
- 1+ years of computer hardware experience, including troubleshooting and repairing experience
Qualifications
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues
- Ability to innovate and make decisions independently
- Ability to follow directions when necessary
- Ability to execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects
- Understanding of all aspects of the equipment you support

Pay
The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
Position may include rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5 day/night work weeks, and may change based on the needs of the business.
Travel
May be required up to 10% of the time.
