Customer Solutions Specialist: 2nd Shift (Hybrid Work Schedule)

About the Role

As a Customer Solutions Specialist (internally known as the Parts Expert), you will assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns. You will be part of a team that provides top-notch customer service, upholding Parts Town’s high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations every day. Stellar communication skills and strong attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions daily: approximately 50-70 phone calls/day and a steady flow of emails, while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Process customer requests, including order entry, order status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, and returns.
• Collaborate effectively with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments to address customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a face-to-face or over-the-phone customer service role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate level).
• High-speed internet connection at home.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-spirited personality.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); bilingualism is a plus.
• Ability to work a schedule of M-F 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (EST) with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.

Note: The first 3 weeks of training will follow a schedule of M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $37,348.78 - $50,403.56 annually ($17.96 – $24.23 hourly), based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company, and some roles include a profit-sharing program and annual bonus opportunities.
