Customer Solutions Specialist (Second Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be based in one of the following states: DC, DE, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, UT, and VA. This position offers flexible scheduling, including some weekend hours, with a focus on supporting customers through various channels including live chat, email, phone, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Offer support to customers through multiple channels
• Provide product education and marketing best practices
• Partner with customers to help them grow their businesses
• Work on special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Take initiative to educate customers on best practices, suggest new product features, and advocate for process enhancements

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with marketing technologies such as social media, landing pages, or email platforms is a plus
• Passion for helping small businesses succeed
• Ability to work variable days including weekends
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and social media

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
