Full Time Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

About the role
Our Customer Service Specialist supports QVC by handling inbound customer calls. Working from home, Specialists assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations, promote products, and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume.
This role is remote; job seekers must reside in South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Idaho, Texas, or Virginia to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction.
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
- Perform tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
- Work a set full-time schedule, including one weekend day and one weekday off (not Monday–Friday).
Requirements
- Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment.
- 12 months or more of customer service experience.
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment.
- Communicate with a variety of styles.
- Navigate multiple systems and screens.
- Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment following QVC computer system requirements.
- Troubleshoot your own technical problems (partner with IT when needed).
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.
Pay
$15.00 per hour plus differentials where applicable.
